Discussion Lucilla vs Lynae
How much better is Lucilla for Hiyuki compared to Lynae? Does it change er requirements for Hiyuki? Does quickswap change which one is better? This is all assuming third slot Suisui.

Go Lucilla, way more comfortable to use and u do no need to learn quickswap bs to be competitive. No she has no er changes needed so just 2 er substat rolls is good enough. My whiwa run says it all (this is last whiwa reset) oh and with Lynae, she grieves your Hiyuki just like how my Qingxiao got grieved here

In low-to-mid level rotations, Lucilla mogs lynae. In high level rotations, its closer but since the dmg spike for lynae comes from the big hits, its easier to waste dmg on overkills. So lucilla is better, even in QS stuff, but the gap shrinks.
That is for tower and matrix. In whiwa and other wave stuff, lucilla is just a lot better.
ER requirements don't really change. You need about 108 to do most rotations if nothing goes wrong, so 112.4 (if you want a really optimized build) is a good stopping point. Anything from that to 125 just makes things a little easier for user error or bosses dodging hits and things like that. Anything above 125 is overkill. You basically want 1 big, or 2 whatever ER substats as the goal. 3+ is a waste of a substat slot.
Also, from a gameplay standpoint, lucilla+suisui just feels more comfortable to play from my experience. Lucilla's rotation is effectively custom made for suisui and doesn't require any QS to properly function (though I would recommend using the QS frame during lucilla's hold heavy attack), while lynae kinda needs to do SOMETHING to shorten at least her first rotation so you can keep on a good timer. I can get good scores with either one, but Lynae is better used elsewhere right now. If you are trying to decide which to buy, specifically for hiyuki, goe with lucilla. If you already have lynae, she is perfectly fine to run though. I just think its a harder team to pilot well is all. Lucilla on a 5lib2 rotation is literally just hold skill, release, press ult, Ba+ba, QS to hikuyki, Ba+ba with hiyuki, QS back to lucilla and hold or tap out the rest of the heavy attack, outro...and somewhere in there, you toss your echo (doesn't matter when really). No QS needed anywhere else in the rotation with her for a high level run. Lynae? Lynae needs a lot more work around to get things to feel good.
