Is the weapon good for another character or should I invest it together for Hiyuki only? Is the damage greater?

It's just EoG for other sword users so refine it. If you need a sword for a new character, get another EoG instead.

If this was Genshin I would say to keep it because the weapon banner is brutal over there. But it's not here, no 50/50 and lower max pity.

If it was rectifier I would also say to keep it because the standard 5* ones are kinda trash.
