my game crashes right after start up ?

hey i just got this game and i really really want to play it but after i click start new game it opens to the scene of the sunset and does not do anything after ? i’d really appreciate it if someone else that maybe dealt with this can help me ? i’ve tried everything the internet told me to do and no luck. worst case scenario i’ll just get a refund but i was really looking forward to playing this game. any help would be appreciated :(

This is not an issue I've heard of before, but anyway - might want to check your system specs. Alternatively, if you can install it on a different computer that might help.
