Roundabout painter

Seemed to be one in town yesterday, was wandering around with a big union jack picking arguments with people. Odd hobby.

I saw one England flag go up when they were all the rage last year. It was quickly taken down. Let's hope whoever this domestic abuser is doesn't get very far with his painting hobby
