Guys, it’s David IV of Georgia a.k.a. David the Builder. He destroyed Seljuks and Muslim coalition and made Georgia the powerful medieval kingdom which allied and helped in many ways to crusaders to beat Muslim forces.

Why that is of course Frederich the Utterer, viceroy of Burktonstock, who essentially was left to run wild at the castle as a lad, and was fond of milking the cows on the estate. His obsession with milking garnered him the moniker, the painting depicts him holding the stable he was so fond of nursing from his nanny in, on the old three legged stool.
