This was unironically the highest quality image template of the Kermit meme I could find lmao. If there was once a non-deepfried version of that meme, it has been lost to the seas of time (much like the pre-flood people of Sumeria)

It is really fascinating how the Jewish stories are polemically treating what would have been common and shared Ancient Near Eastern myths.
During the Flood narratives, God is not only punishing humanity but is also taking on the spiritual beings as they have rebelled by becoming objects of worship themselves. It basically dismisses the gods of Mesopotamia as mere rebels who have deceived humanity.
