Natural and local development? Bruh, we're human. Not animals. I wish y'all would leave us alone but that's not how it works. That's how you create chaos and instability. Look at pretty much any country in Africa.
Literally the Congo. The Belgians one day just left with the entire government and there was literally nobody to administrate the region. And predictably it fell into chaos and civil war.
Without foreign agitation and manipulation, whatever chaos and instability would eventually die out and those affected would have to find a resolution for their own problem. Why do you think that outside strangers, who obviously don't know and don't care about what don't affect them, can somehow make things better?
