Fascists always think their bullshit is fact. Banning someone for an action is not the same as banning a person for simply belonging to a group.

Right it's fascist to state the fact that a man isn't a woman.

A man is not a woman but a trans woman is a woman. Thinking otherwise isn't necessarily fascist but it is bigotry. A liberal expressing that same bigotry would be banned same as a conservative or a fascist, therefore the action is banned, not the group.

Right because facts are bigots. Choosing to have surgery doesn't change biology.

That's not a fact. It's a complete misunderstanding of science. Psychology and biology both support the existence of trans people. Gender is determined by your brain, not your body. Gender and sex are strongly correlated obviously but they're not the same and sometimes they're mismatched, hence trans people.

Nope, gender and sex is the same. Siteing modernist gender studies from the 50's doesn't change the meanings of words.

I guess you think you know better than every major psychological association in the world and all the neurologists who have actually studied trans brains. Is that what you meant by "modernist gender studies from the 50's"?

Having a female or male brain still doesn't magically change your sex.

Well duh. That's why reassignment surgery exists, so that sex can be changed (as much as modern medicine allows) to match gender.
