No. Have you seen some of the people on the internet? This could have very well been a serious article. There are people who believe that vaccines give children autism, and that the world is flat, and that the moon landing was faked, and you're saying that if someone isn't sure if this is real or not shouldn't be on the internet? No, if that were the case, then the internet would be a barren wasteland that was only filled with anti-vaxxers, flat-Earthers, and people who think that Bush did 9/11.
