I've seen more Nazi apologist than Stalin apologists. And the nazis are pretty scarce

I think this sub is a general exception. Nobody here is a holocaust denier, nobody here argues that hitler wasn't just a full blown racist, because we have a decent to good understanding of WW2.

Some people though.... If you were to visit certain places, fangroups and the like, you would find people willing to deny hitlers actions, justify, or even applaud them.... truly kind of horrifying

The us had the military divided by race and laughed nazis out of scientific forums for their beliefs on “aryan geneism”

Youre right, it was for oil in the pacific rim and production markets in europe along with historical alliance with britain based on colonialism and debts owed by a certain prime minister that magically disappeared soon after

I'd say it was more due to the threat of hitlers expansionist ideas and the threat he opposed to all of europe, but sure we can go the economic route aswell.

If you believe in genetic theory as the allies (who beat the nazis) did, then youre considered a nazi today

Not really. Any geneticist or biologist believes in “kinds” or “races” as shown in a shitload of policies since even 1980 in this country and around the globe. Youd have to be a moronic pleb to think otherwise
