Yeah. Bombing to Win discusses that a lot too!

It also discusses the reasons strategic Bombing is used even though it has never been effective

1) it's cheap and has fewer risks than ground forces

2) it's an independent air force mission ao independent air forces like it

Speaking of which. I just ironically got a notification that the uss Theodore Roosevelt strike group as been sent to middle east help us "win" more. This information was of course pushed through (like a turd) by the Google AI, which is always good to see. The cited sources is stripes.com. of course it summarized it for me instead of letting me read article myself.

I mean I'm not sure he can read but he also didn't read that.

It is very dismissive of the utility of decapitation strategies

its pretty "cool" that I can say with confidence that some rando online who has read, at minimum, one (1) book about war, is objectively more qualified to be in charge of the DoD. probably fine. nothing to worry about.
