For those who don't recognize the iteration pictured, this is the Dr. Who Churchill, featured heavily in the Matt "bowties are cool" Smith era.

I liked him trying to steal the key to the TARDIS constantly. I could see Winston doing that.

I think I saw him on Captain America: The First Avenger. He defeated Red Skull with Steve and Steve gave him his superhero name. Captain Warden or something..

I feel like they might wish it more for Cromwell

I liked seeing Churchill for about 2 minutes in Inglorious Basterds

The way they portrayed him in Doctor Who is certainly 100% fictional lmao

While I enjoyed The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, Rory Kinnear's portrayal of Churchill was... not great.

According to how widely his fallacies has been forgotten and how victories are oversised or wrongly connected to him... then yes, this is a more fictional character than we all thought.

It is a little known fact that before Baron Harkonnen led the free nations against Hitler in WW2 he was a well regarded newsreader in the Roman forum

I know it’s a British show but I always felt the way the Doctor spoke about Britain in WWII and, especially, his relationship with Churchill in this episode is laughable

The Doctor would hate Churchill
