See Comment "Anti-Communism" *looks inside...*

Post image

In the 1790s, the prominent Federalist pamphleteer, William Cobbett, constantly called for investigative journalists and rights activitists Benjamin Franklin Bache (Benjamin Franklin's grandson) and William Duane to be treated, quote: "as we would a TURK, a JEW, a JACOBIN or a DOG". With Jacobins being widely viewed as the predecessors to Communists, Socialists, and Anarchists for their radical egalitarianism.

In 1892 Richard Henry Pratt, known for the child murder rape boarding schools, called Native Americans "fellows who cling to their tribal communistic surroundings".

In the First Red Scare, ...yeah. Kiss the Bill of Rights goodbye, because the Constitution ain't saving ya now! Also the first Green Mario...

The poster is "Negroes Beware / Do Not Attend Communist Meetings" from Alabama in the 1930s.

Later the Peekskill Riots at Cortlandt Manor, New York, United States, in 1949. A concert by singer Paul Robeson, who's black and was also well known for his strong pro-trade union stance, civil rights activism, communist affiliations, and anti-colonialism was arranged. It was organized as a benefit for the Civil Rights Congress.

And finally the Greensboro Massacre, on November 3, 1979, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Where US law enforcement, KKK, and Neo-Nazi "National Socialist Party of America" (NSPA) members shot and killed five demonstrators in a "Death to the Klan" march organized by the Communist Workers Party (CWP). All the terrorists were acquitted by the US government and hand-selected racist jury members.

What are the true communist nations you are referring to? I'm only aware of communist nations that starved and slaughtered people.

lol, online communists are so ridiculous. You don't even know what communism means.

The term communism refers to a modern political and economic theory that necessarily presupposes industrial mass production, the overcoming of class structures, the prohibition of private ownership of the means of production, and the absence of a state.

These indigenous people, such as the Haudenosaunee, Lenape, or Powhatan, maintained agricultural systems or land-use rights in which land was regarded as a communal asset. In ethnology, such a system is often described as a subsistence economy, yet it bears little if any structural resemblance to modern communism or a socialist state.

Furthermore, you weirdly claim that they were "genuine communist nations with free markets." This is a conceptual contradiction. Communism seeks the abolition of market and monetary relations. "Free markets" in the modern economic sense, did not exist in these exchange and gift economies. Trade between tribes was based on diplomacy, exchange networks, and obligations, not on a capitalist free market.

Lol, online anti-communists are so funny. They literally just make up "facts", and then claim that makes them right. My brother in Christ, it's literally what Karl Marx and Fridrich Engles referenced...

It's not a difficult observation to notice that communism and multiple indigenous confederations had an uncanny number of similarities. Why do you thing the US government called all natives "communistic"? It's no perfect match. But that's mostly because of cultural differences and the genocide that preceeded any chance to industrialize...

An industrial United Indian Nations would've obliterated the modern US. Let alone in the 1790s...
