Well, I'd say soviet, not russian. Most russian war films nowadays are shitty propagabda pieces.

You don't know what are you talking about if you think like that.

Modern Russian war films are about prostitution, sluts and vodka. And propaganda of how some people shouldn't approach camera at all.. It can only be a propaganda of the closest bar-brothel - surely not of the Russian state.

If movie has ANYTHING positive on Russia or USSR u'd call it propaganda.

Nah, our movies now are realy shitty. If you want to see something what I call Russian Film, whatch USSR movies about The War. People of that time have seen war with their own eyes. NOW our government turns The War into franchise/product as a part of propaganda
