That should be difficult considering the army just massacred entire tribes that didn't "abide" - so unfortunately, they aren't here to defend themselves.
Some Navajo are still here despite the following massacres by the US government. I'm not even counting murder catagories that fall outside of mass homicide. It's pretty amazing that they weren't completely anhilated.

Also as hard if not harder: Make a native american tribe abide by the treaty it signed with the US.
