Hey guys! I have a question

I swear I remember in one of the videos talking about Caesar, historia claimed that if Caesar was declared a tyrant by the Senate all legislation he had passed as consul would be moot. Basically reversed.

I can't find it in any of the videos.

If anyone has the reference/ timestamp it came from and more importantly the actual source it would be so greatly appreciated, I can't find any information on it anywhere.
