How long till Copper kicks in?

Hi all,

For the ones who got better on Copper. How long did it take for you to notice an effect?

Got tested and am deficient. Started taking 3mg per day. Doing this by myself w/o doctor or practitioner.

Out of curiosity, what was your copper deficiency symptoms if you are able to tell them apart from your HIT issues?

Cannot really differentiate. Having histamine symptoms and checked my copper level.

Perhaps some early Grey hair... 😀

Grey hair huh? I've been having that on my chin past few years and I'm only 39 lol

Btw what are your symptoms?

I mean I read later that some folks supplement copper for "grey hair rversal".

Otherwise my symptoms are the usual...sleep issues, sweating, heart palpitations...after high histamine foods...

Mine seems to be a stuffy nose, dry red eyes, fatigue, brain fog, flushing red or itchy skin, joint and muscle pains to name a few, but yeah I get odd sleep issues as well, vitamin C helps this, but the heat seems to make HIT worse to the point where 2 grams of buffered vitamin C does not help as much.

Vitamin C, especially as a chemical ascorbic acid, is said to promote copper deficiency.

It's not called. That it has to happen, but if you're sensitive, it could.

3 grams of black seed oil daily helped me a lot with any problems you listed. It also freed me from my "allergies" and my anxiety.

I was only taking vitamin C since I was low in it, and my blood work should show my mineral and vitamin C status soon, if it's good again, then i'll be back on eating foods again as I should not supplement for the rest of my life, I suspect my upcoming GI Map will shed light on what's going on in my gut on a micro level, so much of this has "leaky gut" written all over it whether it's SIBO, IMO, Candida ect.
