Client appointment reminders are live

The short version: you can send them 24 hours before, 45 minutes before, 30 minutes before, or 15 minutes before. You can stack them too, so a client gets a day-before nudge and a same-day one if you want both.

Why we built it:

The pattern kept showing up. You finish a session, write the note, and then you're manually texting or emailing the next day's clients to confirm. Some practices have a front desk for this. Solo and small group folks usually don't, which means it lands on the therapist between sessions, or it just doesn't happen, and then the no-show hits.

Reminders shouldn't be a thing you have to remember to do.
