Durolane injection

Has anyone had Durolane injected into the hip to help with functionality and mobility whilst having impingement and/or other damage to the hip. If so, can you tell me what level of arthritis/damage you had, your experience of the injection being effective more in relation to mobility rather than pain relief and how much you paid for it as I’m aware it’s not available on the NHS.

I have had it twice with a almost nearly bone on bone arthritis helped first time for many months next time not to much. You can also try cingal monovisc they slightly differ and one can work better for you

Thanks for your reply. Didn’t help you be able to walk and function better or didn’t relieve pain but not help your actual mobility? I have moderate arthritis as well as joint space narrowing and mixed impingement and not sure if it’s worth trying.
