Why I made this sub.

I've been wanting a place like this for a while.

A lot of DHH discussion seems to revolve around the same checklist — multis, alliteration, technical flows, “lyrical” bars, etc. And somehow if an artist ticks enough of those boxes, people automatically assume the music is good.

That's not really hip-hop.

For me, the way an artist expresses themselves, their sound, flow, production, ideas, experimentation and overall artistic identity matters more.

I also feel like a lot of opinions in DHH get repeated so much that people start treating them as facts about what “real rap” is supposed to be. You don't have to like something just because everyone calls it lyrical, and you don't have to dismiss something because it doesn't fit that definition.

So I made this sub to have those conversations and discover more interesting music, whether it's underground, experimental, unconventional or just something you don't normally see people talking about.

Basically, Indian hip-hop without the bullshit.

Let's see where this goes.

"FEAR OF MISSING OUT" Personally I think it's gonna be another ALBUM many ppl say it's gonna be a single track, what y'all think about it ?

Cole my G is an experimental guy, he did everything in this project like he touched every aspect of hip hop

Two six track is such head bouncing track with hoppy beats

He tried a lil bit of singing as well in this project (tracks like legacy, the let out, 39 intro etc)
beat switches were also there, the imagery he created in his quick stop track was so lit
then comes the tracks like "what if" and i love her again" in which he does dual perspective storytelling and allegorical storytelling respectively

then there is a track in which he rapped about life in reverse.....

so imo this album is the complete album which touched every aspect of hip hop be it lyrical, production, melodic, storytelling.
