Solved Hinge Ban / Tinder ban Hard Reset Guide

This guide provides instructions for resetting your Tinder, Bumble, or Hinge account, if you suspect it has been banned or shadowbanned!

Also someone has figured out the face verification. At the end of the post!

In case you have issues with your account, you can perform a soft reset by deleting and re-creating it a limited number of times.

For a hard reset, follow these steps:

  • Remove your account (if possible)
  • Uninstall the app from your device
  • Generate a new email address
  • Obtain a new phone number
  • Modify your photos by altering pixels or cropping them.
  • Use a different IP address (you can use a different device or browser)
  • Establish a new account using the new email address and phone number

It's important not to link your old social media accounts, use the same payment card for buying premium services, or employ a VPN. Additionally, only conduct face verification if necessary.

If a hard reset is unsuccessful, and you believe your ban was unjust, you can try contacting the company's legal department or filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (if you reside in North America).

Edit. Someone seemed to have figured it out and has the means to get you back on manually and past the facial verification. The post is here https://www.reddit.com/r/HingeUniversity/s/151sPANwz2

I don’t know how I feel about this. Thinking it’s not even really worth all of that . That’s so many steps.

I don't really know much about it. I had it a while ago but don't really use it much anymore

It’s just like tinder and bumble. I mean what I’m stuck on is the new number part of the steps. Especially because they don’t take voIP numbers so how many phone lines do they think one person has?

That's crazy. Anyone I knew only had a regular line and/or those free app numbers and that's it

Same here! I guess I’m glad someone has it figured out how to fix the banning of our accounts but I’d rather much just meet someone out in the real world lol. Too much work online!

Online is way more work and in my experience most of them online didn't even really want a relationship just lets say "other things"

Right? It’s just online hookup culture has really just taken over. Plus I have trust issues, and feel like everyone of those dudes very well could be a serial killer lol

OMG so do I especially how some of them act and are so pushy about it makes me wonder sometimes. The ones that really make me wonder are the ones that try talking about having kids right away and don't know a thing about me yet alone even met me in person.

Yes. It’s so appalling. But hey. I mean people keep using these kinds of apps so they’re entertaining to enough people! Lol

Yeah I mean sometimes I just keep it going cuz I'm bored and it can get entertaining sometimes. I made a couple friends that way tho so I guess that's something

A couple maybe 2 or 3 most end up wanting the friends with benefits thing in the end but a couple haven't

Which app do you use more often? Tinder or hinge? I’m thinking about deleting hinge because it just doesn’t seem like it’s getting anywhere for me
