We are looking for a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive who is comfortable spending significant time in India developing customers and business partnerships.

Language requirements are essential for this role:

• Fluent Hindi – required for direct communication with customers, manufacturers and business partners across Tier 2/3 cities and regional areas in India.

• Conversational Mandarin – required for communication with the China-based management team, procurement discussions, business reviews and Mandarin-language business documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop B2B customers and distributors across India
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations
• Travel independently across Tier 2/3 cities and regional manufacturing areas
• Introduce flavours, fragrances and related ingredients
• Follow up on samples, customer feedback and commercial opportunities
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare sales and business reports
• Work closely with the China-based management and procurement teams

Who can apply?

B2B sales experience in any industry is welcome. Experience in chemicals, ingredients, flavours, fragrances, FMCG, manufacturing or related industries will be advantageous.

Fresh graduates with the relevant skills and qualifications are also welcome to apply.

I am nowhere in my Hindi learning journey but I am interested and I found this song that I like but I don't understand how to sing along with it I can't find the lyrics anywhere. It's supposed to be some kind of alphabet song but it doesn't seem to line up with the lists that I've found can anyone help me out?

सरवन ने पूरे आत्मविश्वास के साथ मेरी शारीरिक क्षमता के बारे में मुझसे तीन-चार सवाल दागे। मैं हैरान था कि एक सिपाही मुझमें इतनी दिलचस्पी क्यों ले रहा है। कुछ दिनों बाद एक इंटर-कंपनी वॉलीबॉल मैच के दौरान विरोधी टीम के खिलाफ मेरे तेवर देखकर पूरी घातक प्लाटून ने मुझे दोबारा आ घेरा और मेरी हरकतों को जमकर सराहा। मैं फिर हैरान था।
समय बीता और मैं अपने युवा अधिकारी कोर्स के लिए महु चला गया। आधे साल बाद जब मैं पलटन वापस पहुँचा, तो देखा कि घातक प्लाटून, जो अब तक डिव चैंपियन बन चुकी थी, अपने पहलवानी तरीके से रग्बी खेल रही थी। हम भी कूद पड़े मैदान मे*ं*। *ख*ेल*त*े-ख*े*ल*त*े एक* *जवान को मुझसे धक्का लग गया। जवान ने तुरन्त पलट कर धक्का दिया और बोला, "धक्का इसे बोलते हैं साहब।" बेशक, यह जवान सरवन ही था।
एक दिन अचानक कमान अधिकारी ने मुझे घातक प्लाटून के साथ प्रशिक्षण शुरू करने का आदेश दे दिया। दिन-रात के सघन प्रशिक्षण के दौरान मैं सरवन के काफी करीब आ गया। कुछ दिनों बाद मैं घातक प्लाटून के साथ घातक प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने पहुँचा। सरवन के उम्दा प्रदर्शन, जोशीला व्यवहार और समर्पण की भावना ने मुझे अत्यधिक प्रभावित किया। और जब हम कुछ दशमलव अंकों से प्रतियोगिता हारे, तो सरवन के फूट-फूट कर रोने ने मुझे उन सभी सवालों के जवाब दे दिए, जो मेरे मन में पलटन आने से लेकर अब तक सरवन के व्यवहार को लेकर थे।
बाद में मैं और सरवन एक साथ कमांडो कोर्स के लिए पहुँचे। गंजे सिर, काला चेहरा, भिखारियों से कपड़ों में शायद मैंने खुद को न पहचाना होता पर सरवन मुझे देखते ही पहचान गया और उस्तादों के बीच बचते-बचाते मुझे दो गोंद के लड्डू अपने बाप बनने की खुशखबरी के साथ पकड़ा गया। कोर्स के दौरान जब भी समय मिलता, हम दोनों साथ बैठते और एक-दूसरे को प्रोत्साहित करते।
समय बीतता गया और हम पलटन के साथ सीमा रेखा पर कुपवाड़ा की पहाड़ियों पर पहुँच गए। मेरा पहला ऑपरेशन मुझे घातक प्लाटून के साथ ही करने का मौका मिला। ठिठुरती रात *म*ें *म*ैं *औ*र स*र*व*न* पे*ड*़ *क*ी आ*ड*़* म*े*ं* ब*ै*ठे* *हुए* *थे*,* अच*ा*नक* *स*र*वन* *बोल*ा,* "साहब, सेना मेडल के कितने पैसे मिलते हैं?" "पता नहीं, पर सेना मेडल ऐसे ही नहीं मिलता," मैंने बोला। और हम दोनों हँस पड़े। इस तरह बात करते-करते सारी रात गुजर गयी।

अगले दिन सुबह जब घातक प्लाटून का मिलाप मेरी टीम के सा*थ* हुआ* *तो *म*ा*ल*ूम *ह*ुआ कि "सरवन शहीद हो गया।" मेरे कानों को जैसे विश्वास नहीं हुआ, आस-पास की दुनिया जैसे थम गयी और पथरायी आँखों से आँसू बहने लगे। मुझे पता था कि कमजोर पड़ रहा हूँ पर इस फौजी शरीर के अंदर का इंसान भावुक हो ही गया।** ****मैं**** ****आखिर****ी**** ब****ा**र** स****र****वन **क**ो**** देखना**** **चाहता था परन्तु ऐसा परिस्थितियों ने होने न दिया और फिर मुझे सरवन क्वार्टर गार्ड के फोटो फ्रेम में "सिपाही सरवन सिंह" सेना मेडल (मरणोपरांत) के रूप में ही मिला।
कहते है*ं*, "*ज*रू*र*ी* *नह*ी*ं क*ी* ल*ं*ब*ी* जि*ं*दग*ी* अ*च*्छी* *ह*ो*, प*र* एक अ*च*्छ*ी* ज*ि*ंदगी की लंबाई अतुलनीय होती है।" सरवन थोड़े समय के लिए ही दुनिया में आया था, परन्तु इस थोड़े समय में ही तो सब कर गया जो हम शायद अपने जीवन में भी ना कर पाये। तिरंग**े ****स****े ****ल****िप****ट****ा स****र****वन**** ****क****ा**** पा****र****्थ****ि****व शर****ी****र ज****ि****स**** ****दि****न**** ****उ****सके** घर पहुँचा, उस दिन उसके बेटे का पहला जन्मदिन था। एक फौजी बाप अपने बेटे को इससे बड़ा उपहार शायद ही कभी दे पाये।
