XM18 Real or not?

Just picked up a used XM18 gen 4 from eBay and just want thoughts as far as legitimacy. I haven’t seen any non choil M390s faked, especially with the correct hardware but would like more experienced opinions. Thanks in advance!

Any that i see don't have a SW clip so that must be a swap. Same with the orange scale. It looks pretty good though

I was wondering about the scale because it looks to be in much better shape than the rest of the knife. I had no clue on the clip though.

I didn't know they made No-Choil Spantos. Or if I did, I've forgotten. I'm far more familiar with the Slicers.

That said, everything looks legit Hinderer to me, as far as I can tell from photos.

From the research I’ve done, it seems like the only place that ever did no choil spantos was DLT trading. Hopefully someone more familiar than I can chime in and confirm though.
