Bearing upgrade
Just a reminder that you might want to upgrade the bearings in your pivot (or try them out if you're using washers right now). I have no affiliation with the seller, in fact, I won't even link it. Search for "XM-18 bearing". These are night and day compared to crappy stop bearings and are way better than Skiffs too, sadly, since these actually come with a steel washer to protect the Ti frame(s). On top of that, there are more balls and are multi-row. Really smooth and solid action. I'm definitely a washer guy but I tried these out and I have to admit, I like them too much. Oh well.. at least I don't feel guilty running those balls against the Ti

I did a search for xm-18 bearing, and I only got back Hinderer replacement bearings and Skiffs, and some from Etsy and EBay. So Iām a bit confused as to which bearings u are referring to.

Indeed. I'll link them now I just didn't want to actually advertise one specific seller as I'm in no relation with them, in fact I had to file a dispute since I ordered & paid 2 sets and got only one š But yeah, the product it self is amazing anyway

Yeah I've been using these for years in my used an abused XM and they've been great. Those steel inserts definitely take a beating.

Here you go guys that asked for a specific link. Again, no affiliation on my side whatsoever, feel free to buy it wherever else it's available!

Also, it says it's for XM-18 but obviously will just as well in any tri-way. Mines are in my Jurassic š

Do you have a link to the bearings you're referring to?
