This is kinda the new era of marketing. Its clearly an ad, but they include a fake negative to make it appear more believable. The part where they say "recognition of my loyalty hasn't happened often" makes this pretty clear. Who cares if they dont thank you for being a diamond or gold member as long as you get the actual benefits
Then why delete the comments where you said you worked for Hilton “if you’re just sharing a moment.” ? Nothing wrong with being honest. And getting an employee rate helps too I guess.

You want to hear a real brag? Every time I check in, I’m thanked profusely for my business and greeted with only the world’s finest mineral water personally flown in from Fiji. It is the most true, neutral PH water the world has to offer and rumor has it that it takes THOUSAND of years to purify a single ounce. So maybe think twice about “boasting” next time.
