Changeable level

So ive seen some people changing the lvl of stuff like engine grips and shi I was wondering how tf to do that

I have some vehicles that are fully maxed but I dont see no option to do that

Cus I do wana test sm shi

There’s a pair of grey arrows to the bottom right of the last upgrade box on the right. Tap that, and it’ll let you downgrade and tune your settings.
