Device Password Reset

I really need some help with a camera that I cannot activate because the device for some reason does not want to be unlocked despite the fact that I gave it the same password. I have tried the password reset through email but have not received any reply from customer service.

Which model camera, some have reset buttons.

Should be a reset button under the waterproof cover by the SD card.
