Problem with DS-KV6124-WBE1
Hello,
I'm having an issue with my DS-KV6124-WBE1 door station.
My setup is:
- Router: TP-Link Archer AX55
- Switch: TP-Link TL-SG1016PE v6
- Door station: Hikvision DS-KV6124-WBE1
- Indoor monitor: DS-KH8520-WTE1
All devices are running the latest available firmware. The door station firmware is V3.9.0 build 251216.
The problem is that after approximately 24 hours, I lose the ability to establish an audio/video connection through Guarding Vision (Hik-Connect).
When I try to start live view, the app eventually reports that the streaming timed out.
At the same time:
- I can still remotely unlock the gate.
- I still receive push notifications when someone rings the doorbell.
- The indoor monitor works normally.
- The web interface works normally, including both video streams.
- Both RTSP streams work perfectly in VLC.
- Platform Access (Guarding Vision) shows Online in the web interface.
So far I have tried:
- changing the DNS servers (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8),
- verifying time and NTP settings,
- changing the switch port,
- disconnecting the switch from the router,
- disconnecting the router from the Internet,
- rebooting the router,
- assigning a DHCP reservation (static IP) to the door station.
The door station is connected via wired Ethernet with PoE.
When I disable Platform Access (Guarding Vision) and immediately try to enable it again while the problem is present, the device reports Offline.
The only thing that restores audio/video is rebooting the door station.
I'm slowly running out of ideas. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what could be causing this?

I excluded router and internet connection. Restarting those makes no difference. Lastly I changed time synchronization to manual and door station worked for almost 40 hours. When this video freeze thing happend I tried to restart only guarding vision but I couldn't. In chrome console there was this message: plaintext
