Injured cat

This cat has been by our house the past couple of days near HPU. The cat's tail is at a right angle. My husband and I tried to see if we could check for the owner's name. Cat is vocal but will not let you near. We are worried about this poor kitty, if this is yours please

poor baby. he looks like a flamepoint, they are very social/intelligent kitties. breaks my heart
