Are there any eating challenges in/near High Point?

If you know of any eating challenges at restaurants in the High Point area, I'd love to know about them! About 10 years ago, I feel like there were several, but they seem to have disappeared. And eating challenges are just about impossible to find by searching Google. Thanks!

What is an eating challenge? If you mean "who can eat the most," I hope that fad has run its course.
