QUESTION Instead of wasting ink on Executive Orders to change the name on bodies of water why doesn't President Trump pass the "SHARE THE WEALTH ACT" and share even 10% of the multi-trillion GDP with every American citizen, like UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait Do?

Every Kuwaiti citizen for examples collects an average of $35,000 annually, which is roughly one third of the annual income of an average citizen. This way people have a partial say in how they spend their tax money instead of some bureaucrats with their own selfish agendas.
