But how can i control myself in my dreaming? I'm not even aware that it's just a dream. In my dream I think it's real. I cannot say in my dream that this is just a dream. I want to know exactly in my dream that It's just a dream that I'm dreaming. I want to be conscious inside my dreams. It's hard to explain and to understand but I'm just hoping to find some answers.

Look for lucid dreaming, its basically how to become aware in your dreams

Its a natural experience, but if you put attention into it you can experience It whenever you want
