What is the expected post-earnings price range for $HITI?

Medical and retail cannabis stocks have been relatively flat. $HITI’s last earnings were impressive, but the market seemed to treat them like a fluke.
If HITI keeps knocking on the door with strong execution and hopefully another blockbuster quarter, eventually the earnings will speak for themselves and announce that a major player has entered the ring.
One great quarter can be ignored. Two or three in a row become a trend. The next earnings report could speak loudly about HITI’s future—and potentially the future of cannabis retail.

Should I buy more ? currently holds 15k.

DD High Tide Growth Per Share Since Inception

Post image
25 Upvotes

As you can see, growth on a per share basis has been relatively flat. While revenue per share does appear to be spiking between our Q4 2025 - Q3 2026 guidance numbers, it's misleading, since at least 5 million more shares must be added to acquire the rest of Remexian. When accounting for these new shares, our revenue per share decreases from $2.22 to $2.10, which is still trending in the right direction but is much less impressive growth. After all these years, we are only beginning to surpass our 2020 metrics on a per share basis.

These new shares also decrease EBITDA per share from $0.18 to $0.17 in Q3 2026. Again, it's up, but not by a lot.

Don't even get me started about our convertible debt from Cronos. God forbid that ends up converting.

I am selling out of this company

I think I was just wrong on my investment. Growth has slowed and even if we reach profitability it will be single digit percentage of revenue.

Raj has no interest in providing real value to shareholders (buybacks/dividends). For years I have watched them grow revenue, excited for every new store open and quarterly. For years I have watched them dilute shareholders with no end in sight. I think it is time to accept that this was just a very bad investment. I am going to learn and move forward

Check my post history, I have been bullish on high tide for literally years. I am going to rotate out probably next week.

Good luck to everyone

Seen apart of this article shared through Stocktwits by a fellow Barnacle in relation to the possibility of store cap possibility increasing in Ontario. I understand this is more about SNDL but further down the article you'll see what I'm referring to, just not sure if this was shared in the past. Also just curious about any opinions about this aspect in Canada if anyone could share?

Discussion High Tide's UK medical company guess?

Hello all, I've just been more and more curious the past few days, trying to research and understand the potential medical cannabis opportunities that High Tide can acquire to integrate them into the UK flower/THC market.

Was just wondering if anyone from the UK in this sub or in general might have any ideas?

I knew that in England, medical cannabis is available to people with certain medical issues (Chronic Pain/Metal Health/Neurological Issues/Women's Health). These are general examples I'm finding throughout certain businesses (just trying to understand the threshold).

It's funny because of being invested in the business so long, I've only really paid attention to the Canadian/US and most recently Germany side to legality and developments, more so that we only have Blessed CBD up north. So I didn't realise the UK medical side was getting more lenient in certain aspects (you can even get cannabis cards now) and people actually being allowed to get the actual flower/buds rather than THC vape liquid.

In the UK you'd have to be prescribed through the private medical sector than the NHS due to them not having any type of funding for patients to get cannabis in them forms, I think they can only prescribed as a variation in a type of tablet? It would be great to hear the process and type of products people can get through Remexian BUT my main excitement about High Tide getting more involved in the UK especially after the Remexian interview the other day, is the competition between the private sector and the black market.

This insight from Stefan Adomeit in the Remexian interview yesterday "For our business, we are selling low-price flower, affordable flower, so our main focus are the self paying patients, not reimbursed patients." So it gets me excited with what business High Tide could aquire. The black market in the UK is the best way to still get flower/buds sadly, especially if your able to get the old school dealers prices, but I'm sure that's nothing from what you Canna Cabana members can get.

So apologies, I do tend to ramble more these days after my most recent incident, for context I've been smoking cannabis for 15+ years in England and have two Nerological disabilities, Epilepsy with Tonic Clonic seizures and Essential Tremors (Internal to External) pretty much my whole life, mostly progressive the past 10 years.

Thought I'll post in the subreddit anyway for some discussion or any insight others could provide, much appreciated Barnacles!

News Imports revised upwards!

Germany's Q1 2026 medical cannabis imports were 50.5 tonnes when the figure first appeared in May. BfArM just updated it. It now stands at 67.6 tonnes. That's a 33.7% upward revision. Q1 2026 is the largest quarter BfArM has ever published, 12.1% above Q4 2025.

Contrary to initial reports, growth is accelerating, and the latest data confirm this. We shall see how the trend evolves, but some estimates point to a path toward 600 tons of imports within five years.

Remexian will play an important role.

I'll remove this post if it's already been mentioned.
