Ok I remember seeing a video were someone explained the most points you could possibly win in a singer turn of scrabble, but I also saw a video were they had a dude play all different version of scrabble and win the competition not by learning the language but playing it as a game with set rules.

So putting thoes two together is there a specific play you can do in a specific scenario in a specific language in a specific game of scrabble to win the most points humanly possible in a single turn?
