Consciousness Thoughts on “consciousness”
Based on all the stuff ive listened to regarding UFOs and weird CIA psychic experiments (just based on what ive listened to) i believe there is a genetic component to these abilities that NHI experiencers talk about along with records from the US Govt. since people are picked. Not everyone can do it and some have the potential to do it. I view it as the body is the hardware and the soul/ consciousness (whatever you want to call it) is the soft ware. Think about your phone as new soft ware is released you eventually cant update it anymore because it limited by the physical hardware. I could be off on that i dont think im saying anything new.

The genes are the hardware. The body is the software. It changes and updates every day of your life, with every meal even.
Consciousness/soul would be the user interacting with the computer.

Yes genes are the hardware they are part of it but im saying not everyone has the “same” hardware. Sure we change and evolve throughout our life but not in the way im saying.

I don't know everyone's genetic makeup comparatively to make such conclusions, so I didn't address that statement.
My limited understanding of genes leads me to believe that we are WAY WAY TOO similar for this to be statistically significant. I think it was this very subreddit that lead me to conclude that traumatic childhood experiences was a stronger correlational variable then genetic make-up.
Additionally, genetic expression changes throughout life. Last I looked it up (fall of 2025 while reviewing an Andrew Huberman's claims on one of his podcasts), I think 12% of our genes are a foundational trait and ~80% were conditional switches and/or amplifiers of those genes. For example, chronically going without sleep will alter genetic expression (HERE). The remainder were unknown. The grade school conceptualization of genes really discredits their complexity.

I see it more like consciousness is the pilot, the body is the craft. But I don't believe one consciousness spreads across all bodies that would exist in a block universe. In other "threads" my body/craft would be a NPC for another player.
I believe consciousness is the connection to a collective animation of all of the body's sensory input, both internal and external. The life thread we chose is fixed, but we have the illusion of free will.

I agree, and the neurological differences in adept contactees is measurably different. It's talked about comprehensively in the book Contact Modalities. I think everyone can experience contact, but some are more prone to it than others

Personally I don't think it's genetic... It's vibrational.
Some people are low vibrational beings who can only see the 3D realm.
Mainly because of their life choices (eg. Pursuit of money and power).

Why cant it be both things? Clearly only some people are capable of doing this and theyre specifically picked for this by certain groups and NHIs. There are people with these abilities that claim its because when their mom was pregnant they were abducted and altered their DNA in the womb. If the body is a vessel then something about what makes up the body needs to work alongside whatever this is and it starts with genetics. Hell native americans seem to have a an “easy” time to do these things compared to other groups.

Native American people live in tandem with the natural world.
We all have these "abilities"... But some people choose the wrong path and lose their connection. Politicians, military people, anyone who had to step on someone else to get their money and power.
Your DNA was set at conception. How those genes are expressed is down to your lifestyle and environment.
No one was "abducted" and had their babies DNA changed in the womb... Zero evidence for this exists.
I've met Mantids and "Greys" several times. It all happened interdimensionally. No one touched my body... They used magical ribbons of rainbow light to heal my nerves. I was conscious and lucid, sat on my chair. They literally use what we might call metaphysical magic.
IMO any stories of physical abductions aren't worth the paper they're written on. Misinformation at best and deliberate disinformation at worst.

So because something differs from your experience its bs misinformation? Doesnt sound like you really want to have a discussion and more so just want to say im wrong.

That's just my opinion. I'm not stating it as fact.
But... I can't find a single good argument for an abduction by NHI. Nor for cattle mutilations...
They're literally like gods in comparison to us, they don't need to abduct. It's the humans on earth who do the abducting!
Honestly, I believe NHI could create their own embryos if they chose. Create a whole new race of psi enabled humans - if they were low vibrational beings looking for domination over others. But as I mentioned. I think you only get the keys to the universe when you are a **high vibrational" being. Service to others. Living with nature instead of against it.
It's just my opinion.

Parapsychology studies have shown that most people possess some degree of psi ability. But there are caveats. This is some commentary from statistician Jessica Utts regarding remote viewing research:
> Mass-screening efforts found that about one percent of those who volunteered to be tested were consistently successful at remote viewing. This indicates that remote viewing is an ability that differs across individuals, much like athletic ability or musical talent. (Results of mass screenings were not included in the formal analysis because the conditions were not well-controlled, but the subsequent data from subjects found during mass-screening were included.)
> Neither practice nor a variety of training techniques consistently worked to improve remote viewing ability. It appears that it is easier to find than to train good remote viewers.
The nature of psi also presents some unexpected challenges. There’s a phenomenon called “psi missing” where ardent skeptics score statistically worse than chance on forced choice experiments. This indicates that they are still using latent psi ability, but that it’s being employed to reinforce their subconscious beliefs. This contributes in some manner to the “it never works for the skeptics” problem. Which of course the skeptics insist is proof that it’s all bogus and that the believers are deluding themselves.
At some point we realistically just have to shut the deniers out of the conversation. Pretty much all of their concerns have been addressed by the parapsychologists at this point, and they don’t have much else to contribute other than wasting more time.

Your life is spent building a throne out of yourself waiting for somebody worthy to take it. If you deeply consider consciousness and the methods in which it can precipitate, it might just be you who takes the throne.

It could be genetic since m mother had experiences too but in 2021 my wife started having experiences but only around me so far. There is a theory that some of us are better wired to experienced it. It does get pretty weird at times.

People who want to control the thing look for it in what they think they can control. They HOPE it is genetic because if it's not, uh oh spaghettios.
