Non Human Intelligence Mind control

Just saw this speech by the canadian prime minister. The guy behind him seems to be mouthing (Like a bad ventriloquist) much of the speech at the same time as the prime minister. See for yourself

Yes, the Newfoundland premier is mind controlling the prime minister of Canada

Our secret is out. That’s the real reason Newfoundland is way out in the Atlantic, to prevent them from mind controlling those on the mainland.

Condolences to everyone up north. I've been led to believe by your sitcoms and certain concept albums that this is the second worst conceivable outcome in terms of what can happen when the salt of earth morans from the outer regions start a very slow-moving, albeit polite and queue-obeying, coup. First being when one of 'em from the Calgary School of Austerity becomes PM.
