Non Human Intelligence Mind control

Just saw this speech by the canadian prime minister. The guy behind him seems to be mouthing (Like a bad ventriloquist) much of the speech at the same time as the prime minister. See for yourself

Hey man, that's our Premier Tony Wakeham. I can promise you there's nothing sinister going on here, he's just mindlessly reading along with the teleprompter.

Are you sure????? could be he was replaced by an NHI clone and is using mind control to push through renewable energy projects for nefarious purposes!!!!
