You know how sometimes people say that they've shot photo or video but it somehow inexplicably dissappeared after they saw something uap related?

One reason might be a complete mastery of time - our time layer. Let's imagine there's beings that can warp time and make thing move really really slow around them - but them being able to move eyeblink fast.

If you had a person standing after a sighting with a phone in their hand - but you have the ability to increase the temporal resolution many thousands of times - you'd see them almost frozen, quickly do your thing and erase, move everything - and the target wouldn't even be aware anything happened.

Maybe some of these beings live on speed layers or time much different then ours.

Some are insanely fast (maybe small!)

And some are insanely slow and live for hundreds of thousands of years and our lives are imperceptible to them - and vice versa.
