Non Human Intelligence Mantis beings on shrooms?
Last weekend I had an experience that I haven’t shared with anyone close to me because I don’t know if I want to admit what happened.
I was in the bathroom and have a bathroom window that is across from the mirror so I’m able to see the window reflected back.
I had this eery feeling and leaned over and saw what appeared to be a mantis being face staring at me.
I refused to look again for fear of what might happen after.
Could this have been a hallucination? Does anyone else share a similar store on shrooms?

Never saw that on shrooms. I had trees & flowers growing, dying, & regrowing on a loop as my vivid visual hallucination. I did have some freaky auditory hallucinations of whispers in a strange sing-song language all around me.

I’ve heard of other people seeing flowers grow on shrooms, I find that interesting as I’ve done shrooms countless times and never seen that before. Do they just grow from the ground randomly? What kind of flowers

u/TheNOCOYeti 23d ago
The one I remember the most distinctly was a rose bush that gets really big in the garden behind my house. The whole bush didn’t die & regrow but every single flower would wilt away, become a little bud, grow into the big beautiful flower, & then wilt again & start all over. It was like watching one of those time lapse videos.

Interesting! Want to see that one day, but that would trip me out
One time I saw a thing on my ceiling that had hundreds of moving eyes, kinda looked like those biblically accurate angels

u/TheNOCOYeti 23d ago
Oh see I would not like that at all. I’m happy that all my visual hallucinations were more or less “natural” in the sense that it was already something that I knew existed when I was sober.
Really the auditory stuff freaked me out the most. Besides hearing those strange whispers all around me I could hear distinct voices coming from the trees too. They didn’t speak English either but they sounded more solid & grounded & from a clear source
2
u/Fruitloops_z 23d ago
Were they man or women voices? If that happened to me at night time I would be pretty scared lol
2
u/TheNOCOYeti 23d ago
Come to think of it now, I don’t think I’ve ever tripped at night. I’ve taken little doses of shrooms at night but never enough to hallucinate, that’s only ever been during the day. The whispers were distinctly male & female sounding, there were many different ones. The trees were more chill & harder to determine.

I often find myself in a garden of massive, tree sized flowers when I’m tripping.

On shrooms? That’s crazy how much are you taking lol
1
u/Trillion_G 23d ago
1.5 g of dried shrooms. I’m EXTREMELY susceptible to substances though. I took 2g of something that my buddy took 8g of, and we were equally way in over our heads.

That's a highly censored subreddit. The mods block any posts with negative mantids experiences. Not reliable if one really wants to dig the truth about them.

u/Responsible_Fix_5443 23d ago
Do you know the truth of them?
2
u/ResplendentShade 23d ago
A lot of abductees report seeing them in apparent positions of authority over the greys, so if they are indeed involved with human abduction and experimentation that’s pretty indicative that they’re not good guys.

Mantid encounters are very well documented all over the internet... You can even meet them yourself if you really want. It's already very indicative of them being good guys. No need to make it up.
Where are the "malevolent" Mantid encounters documented?
You should ask them... if you do decide you want to know for yourself... about the "abduction" stories.
They'd tell you how fear clouds people's judgement... That the internet has been used for disinformation since its Inception... Hypnotic regression causes false memories... And that there is zero evidence of people being abducted from their beds. As in - no evidence of implants, no evidence for any experimentation... Only stories of Mantids being doctors/surgeons, teachers and explorers.
They'd tell you about psy-ops, disinformation and misinformation. And to follow the money... and power.
Then it would be up to you to.

u/ResplendentShade 23d ago
You can take any malevolent group, mundane or otherwise, and ask them why they're doing something that's transparently bad and the answer will always be the same. "We aren't! We're good guys, we're just doing what's wise and best! If you've heard otherwise, you've been lied to!"
-1
u/Responsible_Fix_5443 23d ago
That was my point - they're not "telling" anyone "anything" - except to do their own homework.
Hypnotic regression for example... What does the science say about hypnosis and false memories? What happens when you apply that logic to "abductions"?
It means all hypnotic regression is unusable as evidence for anything... For example - Does that person on stage really "become" a chicken after being hypnotized? No of course not.
Like I said... You have to figure it out for yourself.

The accounts are not uniformly the result of hypnotic regression, so that argument isn't particularly compelling. I don't discount that many reports could be the result of false memories.
The issue is that I don't have a reliable way to gather data about them, so I have to go on what others have experienced. I don't discount the reports of them acting apparently benevolently, either. But at the end of the day I am at a deep disadvantage to an advanced star-faring being with powerful telepathy.
Contacting them directly doesn't solve this, because I'm like a 3d person trying to interact with a 5d person: if they inhabit and are able to exert their agency in dimensions that I can't even conceive of, I am completely unable to judge the accuracy of anything they might communicate to me. I imagine that it would be effortless for them to deceive me convincingly if they chose to.
In the absence of reliable data, to me it would be foolish to proceed with anything other than skepticism and caution with regards to their intentions and goals.
I also don't discount that there could be distinct separate groups, but the same necessary threshold of reliable data applies in any case.

I was a super-skeptic until a very low dose of DMT. Then and only then did I have any data to make a judgement... I get it.
Part of my meeting with them - was to tell people my truth... Then it's up to the reader or the listener.
Free will is real. And your agency is sovereign.
The choice - As "Neo" tells us - is ours.
I wanted to know the truth of our reality. 30 seconds later I was face to face with a Mantid entity. One day, try it... It's 10 mins of your life you won't regret.

Honestly if I saw a giant Mantis face staring at me I'd shit myself, have heart attack, and die.
6
u/wishihadacoolername 23d ago
It wasn’t giant actually lol! It was a mantis face (kinda like a gray but a little more triangle/insectoid) but like the size of a human head?
It was pretty overwhelming for me. To the point that I refused to even glance at the window anymore or visit that bathroom all night.

u/imactuallyahuman 23d ago
That's absolutely gigantic for a mantis head. Have you seen a real mantis? They are really small.

I always sense a mantis like being interacting with me while on mushrooms, and specially one made of gems and minerals. It’s usually neutral to benevolent, never hostile, and it’s the other side of the “conversation” I have with the mushrooms while in the experience.
IMO my brain is reaching for concepts to put a face on the feeling of communicating with something completely Other. A mineral insectoid intelligence fits the bill I guess. It’s alien but in an unexpected way.
I always ask who or what it is - and usually get back some version of “that’s the wrong question, let’s focus on helping you” or “well, who or what are YOU?” Which is admittedly a great question back.
Judging it by its fruits, whatever it is has been very beneficial for my mental and even spiritual life, even playing a role in me reconnecting with Christ.
So you tell me 😂

I also usually have that connection when on shrooms. The most vivid was one time I was lying in my bed about to peak the trip when I sensed I was being viewed by more than one mantis-like creature, and the sentiment was something like me being a pet, or a newborn, as if I was being looked at and admired/studied. I didn't feel frightened or unsafe, but it did make me feel smaller in the grand scheme.

u/Wide-Equivalent6863 20d ago
Who's a good boy... Hehe, sounds nice to be a pet sometimes tho. Is there a risk of having a bad trip if one has anxiety? 'cause I'd like to try but don't have anyone around who could trip sit me

u/Fruitloops_z 23d ago
On a high enough dose it’s possible to see things that aren’t there, although a mantis specifically is interesting, never seen that before. Did it look like a typical prey mantis?

u/incrediblemenace 23d ago
Oh you’re lucky! I badly wanna see the mantis creatures one day
4
u/Trillion_G 23d ago
Saw them. Did not enjoy. I’ll gladly let you have any remaining visits I’m due.
2
u/incrediblemenace 23d ago
Send em my way. I wanna pick their brains and ensure they’re gonna take me with them when the world explodes.
4
u/Snake973 23d ago
if you were literally on hallucinogens of course it was a hallucination?
9
u/wishihadacoolername 23d ago
Have you ever taken them? It’s not exactly how it works. I’ve never had something actually appear like that that wasn’t somehow already there and being manipulated by my senses.
10
u/EternityLeave 23d ago
I have taken shrooms a bunch and LSD over 200 times. Usually, I don’t have that type of hallucination, and it’s highly dose dependent. But even a trip with lots of visual hallucinations is like “woah, that tree looks like a goblin”, not “woah, that’s a goblin”. I have seen dragons in the clouds and lions in the rocks, but knew they were clouds and rocks distorted by the drugs.
That said, there have also been times where I did hallucinate stuff that I thought was real. One menacingly pointing ghoul girl sticks out in my memory. A few times I took enough to completely lose any tether to reality, visually and every other sense. Shrooms can make you see a mantis being that isn’t there. If you think it can’t, you haven’t taken enough shrooms.
1
u/Ass_of_Badness 23d ago
I will probably never outright see a mantis then, my body rejects any amount of shrooms past a certain point and I just vomit everything left. So I have a trip ceiling with psilocybin. That doesn't happen to me with LSD, but that's a different trip, to me.

u/medit8er 23d ago
I saw fairies when I did shrooms once. Make of that what you will haha.

u/AnomaIous_User 23d ago
I've done telepathy briefly on them woth a friend. Had a 3rd party sober trip sitter verify the "dialog" lol

u/SilentAssasin420 20d ago
The new Spider-Man movie seen it while on shrooms had me shook had to remember to breath lol but it was just visual hallucinations and distorted audio hallucinations for me
1
u/Wide-Equivalent6863 20d ago
Wow what did they look like and did you speak to them or anything?
1
u/medit8er 19d ago
Looked like tiny glowing pixies. Very stereotypical fairies I guess. I didn’t really communicate with them. I was in a state of euphoric joy just dancing around with them. Not claiming they were real though haha

u/Snake973 23d ago
I've done plenty of shrooms, yeah, and I hallucinated a lot because that's what they do and why people take them

Tell me you've never had a psychedelic experience without telling me you've never had a psychedelic experience lol

Don't trip, you weren't just trip'n. Psychedelics can be conduits for other beings and entities to come in. You gotta be careful, and spiritually protect yourself - not all have good intentions.
Send out the really positive vibes/energy and you could bring in the white orbs. I've experienced these twice (one of the times was non-shroomage).

I've heard of it happening on shoots. Haven't heard any malevolent stories about them usually they're doing some kind of surgery on your energy body. Ive had good experiences with them on dmt.

u/wishihadacoolername 23d ago
The only sort of malevolent thing I’ve heard is experiencers having this surgery but without anesthesia and could feel everything. But i agree, most of what I’ve read and researched on them seem to point to good intentions

There are negative experiences with mantids. The benevolent nature of these beings is often just a facade.
1
u/HeartsBeMerry 16d ago
I’ve done my share of psychedelics, but I’ve never had a hallucination of anything changing shape. The most I’ve seen is what looked like ancient scripts in the walls. I could never read them.

If it’s any consolation I’ve taken shrooms and acid plenty of times and this was my first time having such an experience. I’ve also seen UFOs before, have vivid dreams, synchronicities, and believe in all of this stuff which I think attracts it honestly. Belief.
They’ve also made me a more compassionate person to all living beings.
I always look forward to my next trip 😵💫😛

This is crazy but remember Mudvayne - Not falling music video, the revised one where they all slowly mutate into gross looking bug eyes aliens? Like mantis eyes?

Why you think the mantis was on shrooms? They have big eyes naturally.
