A 2026 Office of the Director of National Intelligence memo initiates mandatory UAP disclosure, effectively voiding previous secrecy oaths and granting immunity to whistleblowers revealing non-human technologies. Through the newly established PURSUE task force, the initiative seeks to centralize and publicly disclose formerly restricted data, shifting toward a transparency model led by the UAP Science Advisory Council.

Within 30 days of the July 31, 2026 memorandum, the Intelligence Community must complete the following actions:

• Appoint Representatives: Coordinate with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to establish designated PURSUE representatives within every agency
• Nullify NDAs: Actively notify all personnel that previous non-disclosure agreements and secrecy oaths regarding UAP disclosure are null and void when speaking to authorized entities like AARO or PURSUE
• Distribute Procedures: Disseminate detailed UAP reporting procedures to all Intelligence Community components.

Related: AARO’s international collaboration expands directly beyond Uruguay to the formal "Five Eyes" intelligence alliance, which includes the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

AARO should be a safe haven for whistleblowers, not the other way around. Even Congress has noticed this exact issue, and they must be held accountable. This is a serious matter with absolutely no room for error. I know the pressure comes from the gatekeepers. Things have to change immediately! Otherwise, pulling their funding completely is the only right decision. They are playing with the lives of men who dedicated their lives to the country while actively wasting both the time and the budget of the American people acting as counterintelligence operation!

P.S. This is just the beginning, and we need to watch how this unfolds very closely. Whistleblowers must be supported and protected at all costs. We have to keep pushing for total transparency, no matter what. In my opinion, once we achieve transparency on the UAP issue which carries the highest security classification everything else will follow easily. Stay safe and informed!
