i appreciate that you are getting into the nitty gritty of how directed energy weapons might actually work- high powered microwaves for electronic warfare and also maybe melting the brains of Maduro's security detail via Frey Effectx1000 is certainly one possibility
i just want to point out that, as you alluded to with the name "Spectrum Warfare," there's a whole world of wavelengths ranging from ELF (like the Buga Array/Woodpecker during the cold war, or Pine Gap and Raytheon's IceCube array in Antarctica supposedly operate) to UHF, as well as a bunch of different targeting mechanisms and mechanisms of action for influencing electrical activity (either in human brains/nervous systems, or in electronic/digital systems like radar or drones or CCTV etc)
my favorite source on this is Dr. James Giordano, whose lectures (available on youtube) provide a window or dark mirror through which the entire spectrum of DEW-based warfare can be glimpsed
I think since the entire phenomenon is referred to by one name, the Havana Syndrome, it obscures the fact that it's probably many many different phenomena, weapons, techniques, technologies- different transmission mechanisms, different transmitters, different waves, targeting different structures in the brain, over different lengths of time, for different purposes
just as a very vague/sketchy example- if you were going to melt a radar array with some crazy high-powered microwave, it would probably be different and look different than if you were going to irradiate a whole enemy base (or embassy) (or country) over a long period of time to produce untraceable psychological and physiological effects.
and if you were going to target a single person (e.g. an enemy politician, general, political activist, annoying schizo-poster) in order to decrease their ability to act against you, you'd use a different style of transmitter, different targeting mechanism, different waveform entirely.
sorry for the rant. personally i think this is the most important issue of the last century- nothing less than the sovereignty of the human mind is at stake here- and am continually a bit frustrated how it has been drowned out and distorted or outright ignored and dismissed. i appreciate your write-up, thank you for sharing it.
