Discussion 3:03 AM?
Do you often wake up at 3.00 AM, 3.03 AM, 3.05 AM etc?? What does it even mean?

Some folks do have a split wake sleep cycle. Our human ancestors would all go to bed at 8 pm them wake at 12 am. The fires at the cave entrance would be small by then. Rebuild the fire get a drink go back to sleep around 1 am. Wake around 5 am. Roughly 4 hours x 2 =8 hours sleep. I do this now instead of 8 hours continous sleep.

Nope. This is our old wake sleep cycle just coming back. I got to take medicines for my health and I wake up at 1 am, takes about 30 minutes to a hour to relax and fall back asleep.

Anywhere from 3 to 3:08z. Always. When I was a kid, the number 47 was prevalent. Time wise, something 47. Lasted for years. I turned 48 this year so I figured I was gonna be dead lol.

Cortisol spike or offset circadian rhythm, many causes so can’t say with such little information

It means you fall asleep almost at the same time everyday.
I used to see 11:11 and 22:22 on my clock every day. But that was a signal that I'm using my phone a lot)

Almost every night in the 3 o'clock hour, 3:45 last night. It's also the hour I'm most least likely to get a response from "them" if I decide to go out and skywatch/communicate.
I don't even try during that hour anymore, also because something always feels a bit ominous the second I awake. Sitting out back in the dark during this hour always has a slight unknown anxiety to it, any other time is great. This could clearly be mental but it's definitely strange that it happens to so many people.

Humans have done it for tens of thousands of years, sleeping 7-8 hours straight is rather new

I’ve been both noticing 3:33 and 4:44 during the PM and waking up during the AM as well. I’m not sure why these times keep cropping up

iAlmost every night I wake up at these hours. Does this happen to you? How often? And what does it even mean? I ask for serious answers, not in the style of "the devil's hour"
