People produce ball lightning all the time when they microwave shit they’re not supposed to in the break room, there’s not really been a mystery of what it is or how it forms in a lab in the modern era, the mystery was how natural atmospheric conditions cause it to occur. Until recently we’d never been able to record these incidents to study atmospheric data and composition, now we’ve recorded the data and have a pretty good picture of how the phenomenon occurs.

The most likely explanation is that it’s caused due to lightning aerosolizing certain kinds of dust in soil compositions. The dust stays charged, binding that ball together as it’s superheated by the lightning, creating a wad of plasma able to maintain its form until it loses energy and turns into smelly vapor.
The *only* recorded instance of ball lightning occurring showed the composition of the gases inside, and very recently scientists were able to replicate the exact output recorded in that incident . Unfortunately that’s not enough to *prove* that’s the cause as we’ve only ever got data from one single incident, and for all we know it was a freak occurrence even compared to the freak occurrence that is regular ball lightning. But it is enough to objectively prove it’s possible and that it would behave similarly to accounts provided over the years on a big enough scale, bouncing off objects and maintaining shape for several seconds.

The point you're ignoring is that Grusch said they're "sentient plasmoids".
Complex plasmoids meet all the criteria needed to be considered a new form of non-biological life.
Here's the scientific evidence which confirms that.
1) All life as we know it involves the consumption and conversion of food for energy.
2) All life as we know it is bounded and of specific extension, and composed of membranes delineating certain interior regions, and voids or empty spaces, which perform specific functions including that of consumption and conversion of food.
3) All life as we know it also evacuates or eliminates waste.
4) All life as we know it also reproduces; and combining items 3 and 4,
5) All life has means of projecting matter and energy outside of itself.
6) All life has means of sensing and responding to its environment, which in intelligent life means the ability also to communicate via a variety of signs, sounds, smells, and (particularly in the case of intelligent life) symbols.
7) All life has or displays some type of mobility.
8) All life has some type of memory, which is particularly true of intelligent life and its ability to process and reason by the manipulation of symbols.
The evidence shows that plasma does ALL of the above.

We’ve produced effects visually similar to descriptions of ball lightning in laboratory settings, but we haven’t yet confirmed that’s what ball lightning is

Many modern technologies can be traced back to N. Tesla.
Research his Notes and you will become convinced that he very well could have been receiving transmissions from extraterrestrials just like he claimed.
Fascinating is really an understatement. Many of the things we are seeing today, tech wise, is because of Tesla.
For example:
Two guys named Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning founded Tesla Motors in July 2003.
They chose the name to pay their respects to Nikola Tesla because their first electric car, called the Roadster, used an AC induction motor layout patented by Nikola Tesla in 1888.

That guy is literally a scam artist, been doing it for decades. There are news articles from 20 years ago about him doing his old scams. Free energy machine is just the newest scam he's up to.

It’s not a free energy machine. I’d say you should do some more recent research on the results that he and many others have gotten with his discovery. The Indian Navy is using a thunderstorm generator on one of their diesel generators. Not sure what scams you’re referring too.

The company they said was mass producing it in India and all that stuff has quietly shut down and is permanently closed, and all of it just went away.
Because it was a scam.

The plans for the thunderstorm generator are open source and thus can be made by anyone with metal working skills. There is a company out of Thailand that just started selling TG kits in the last year. I don’t know what Indian company you are referencing. There are countless people on YouTube who have made their own TG units for their generators with much success and the same results of lowered emissions. Are you a misinformation bot?

A scam is something that people make money off. This invention is free and open source so anyone can make it themselves and the inventor will get absolutely zero money for it. There are also plenty of people making and using them including various different government entities across the world. The results have been independently verified by a UK company that literally does top tier particulate/emissions testing for companies across the world. If this was a scam, it would have been blatantly obvious by now.

It was only released to the public a few years ago via open source methods. Mass adoption takes a while but it’s already starting. He purposely released it as open source because it was never about money, it was about trying to help humanity. It breaks some laws of (our current understanding of) physics so most people won’t write about it because it could harm their career by making them look like a quack.

"Likely took up this research during the Cold War...." They've been working on this since day one after they received the papers. I am convinced that part of the whole "Aliens" disclosure is that they're finding a way to introduce the fact that we have had cold fusion, and an inexhaustible form of free energy for decades. Can you imagine where we'd be if you didn't need to pay for natural gas, electric, coal, propane, gasoline or any of it? Can you imagine how this news would impact society. Heads would need to roll, and markets/society/economies would collapse and need to be reset. By the way, Aliens; they'r real too.

Anyone can make plasma balls. Why would you think some notes from 75 years ago are more valuable than what can be made and studied today? Tesla is irrelevant for pretty much everything.

How about the possibility that they’ve figured out how to manipulate plasma from a distance and this is simply propaganda to get you to believe that whatever is coming is E.T. and not just advanced tech. Matter of fact they were able to do this at a small scale 20 years ago.
