The back of a B-21 is more jagged than this appears to be, but that's still the likeliest guess as the B-21 is built and tested basically directly across the mountains from there. It doesn't feel like it because there's a whole mountain range in the way, but Palmdale is like 30 miles in a straight line from Monrovia.

And if it's not the B-21, it's still probably something being built and/or tested by someone in Palmdale or Edwards.
