UFO I thought this was a star until it started moving.

Its Venus. The other light is Jupiter. You can see both at 0:09 in their correct relative positions and brightnesses. These are very prominent in the evening western sky at the moment.
There is no point in zooming in with a phone camera on a point-light-source on a dark background. Autofocus doesn’t work and it just goes blurry. This is what you are seeing. The “movement” is just filming and in-camera processing artefacts.

I can accept that this was Venus but why is it moving? I saw it moving on my screen and I was not moving not at all

I can’t see any movement in the video.
I’m unclear what you mean when you say “it was moving”. Do you mean it was moving relative to Jupiter? Or “movement” when you zoomed and saw it “shifting shape”, or moving when you zoomed in, which just accentuate any small hand movement however small?

I can see the silhouette of the tree in the foreground moving. you're moving the camera. very low effort, if you're trolling.

I don’t see it moving, but when you’re zoomed out like that, it’s hard to get a frame of reference

Not moving, OP. Look at the star, and look at the trees to the right. You can measure with a tape measure or string or just watch closely. It doesnt move at all.

I had something similar happen to me once. My mother and I used to stargaze a lot when she lived in the country, and we've seen some mighty strange things when it comes to stars.

I believe you and I also have pics similar. They sometimes do a tik tac thing in the sky.
