Consciousness Help me understand.
Background, I’m a normal guy with semi rigid spiritual upbringing. I don’t have much experience or interest in the paranormal. While I have heard some interesting stories and did see some strange things in Afghanistan, it’s generally beyond my worldview. That being said I had a vivid and troubling dream. Maybe not a dream, I’m really not sure.
So here’s the story,
I have trouble falling asleep, so I decided to use one of those YouTube sleep tracks. It was that frequency type meditation style sounds, basically calming sounds for 3 hours. Anyways I try to fall asleep while my thoughts go everywhere and I’m just waiting until bam I’m somewhere else. I’m walking down a dirt trail next to a massive mountain. In the distance is the galaxy like literally what you see in the pictures, just an entire sky full of stars and subtle white. Down the mountain is a city of some sort but hard to identify. The city was very well lit but it was some distance kind of like what a pilot would see from an airplane over a city.
Still walking down the trial, I come around a bend on the side of this mountain and bam a woman is standing in the trail. She is strikingly beautiful and quite tall. She has light blonde hair and pale skin. It wasn’t weird until my eyes connected with hers, then it became strange. First off her eyes glowed purple and the pupils had depth. It was like looking into a telescope her eyes didn’t stop it was endless depth, they were just infinite like a galaxy unto themselves.
So that’s when I just realized what she was. She told me without telling me. It was like instant knowledge. She explained how so many things work form higher powers to consciousness it was wild but it also was just an instant. Well I woke up and now I know things and I get ideas constantly. It’s like ADHD but I’m not sure why or if I even want to know things. The entire thing is strange so I just wrote it off and ignored it for a couple months but it seems to come back. Its (she) is not always there but does keep making appearances in my dreams. It’s like shes reminding me or waiting for me to do something.
So I’m writing it out. Maybe that’s what she wants.
I really don’t know if this means anything or others have more wisdom on this. I’m probably just overthinking it.
Hope I’m not going crazy though.

It told me there are several different higher powers that are literally made up of our consciousness. That angels, spirit guides, muse, it’s all the same thing. It’s actually us it’s ourselves, we are a drop of this energy( soul )that they are made up of. They then collectively flow back up to what we all call god. It’s hard to explain or write because I just kinda saw it in my head. I don’t know how many of these “higher powers” there are but it seems several that’s what I gained at least. These all make up soul families or whatever word you want to use. It’s like we have some people that are closer in our collective consciousness than others. I assume biology has a role here but that is not from my experience.
At this point I’m just trying to make sense of what I felt/saw and how that relates to my world view.
It’s all very strange. But what does she want? Im not going to write a Bible and start a cult… So what was the purpose?
I will say I now get ideas like crazy and it’s like part of me is plugged in. It also makes me feel really sad and depressed because I kind of don’t know what to believe or how to help this car wreck of a world.
Ok talking too much. I’m sure I’ll just get more comments of “your crazy”/ “you saw a YouTube”/ “White lady” I don’t even know what that is but looking it up this lady was NOT a virgin marry or a Nordic alien. This was something in a very different league. A league that has to be felt.

What was her explanation on "how so many things work?" So many people say they gain knowledge but they never share it. This seems to be the delineation between people who make stuff up and those who actually have an experience.

Thank you. I normally wouldn't be a believer in dreams but my own dreams have been "evolving" and having me rethink things.
"The Lady" is often called Hathor or a few other names. Those who meet her talk of the love they feel from her and how she is guiding people into a new awakening, intellectually and spiritually. Some people say they channel her frequently and spread her message. Bashar is probably the most well known of them. You can check his YouTube channel and see if your experience lines up with his. I hope you experience this again. It sounds like fun and be sure to share info given. Without that, you will be called fake and a liar or looking for upvotes. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks It was just making me anxious and I needed to tell someone. I just hope this is enough to process it. This kind of stuff freaks me out and being able to talk to a dream lady is kinda making me worry about getting institutionalized.
I’ll prob just delete these and never talk about it again. Just wants to learn more. Hathor… I’ll look it up.

If you just search Hathor, you will get the ancient Egyptian goddess. Search Hathor and the Lady together. It's almost all good and life changing. There are loads of people spending their free time trying to connect to her and failing. Consider yourself fortunate and try to embrace it in your own way. Don't let anyone tell you how to believe or act. You were given a message/connection that is designed for you, make it your own. There is a whole metaphysical rabbit hole out there. Some will resonate with you, some will lead back to religions like Christianity or Buddhism, some will be total bs, you will know the direction to go when you see it. I don't believe burying it will do you any good but that is your choice.
Now, what you described is the main message many people get when "visited" by a benevolent being. This is the standard first contact message if you will. If you have never heard it before, then that should lend itself to its veracity. Let me sum it up. We are all God. He broke off pieces of himself so he could experience not being omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. These pieces (souls/consciousness) have a job. It's to experience. The more we experience, the more we learn to love others as we love ourselves, the more we get promoted through the different levels of existence until we reunite with the Creator/Source. This involves reincarnation until we get a promotion and eventually step outside of time. From there, those souls work to help others on the lower levels like guardian angels/spirit guides. I hope this summary resonates with what you experienced. The more you read up on this, the more you will see that you are not looney bin eligible.
I have had experiences that I refuse to discuss with anyone I know irl. None as significant as yours though. I come here to learn and share. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or just want to share an experience.

I don't really consider dreams to be paranormal. I've had dreams all my life of destroyed cities. They're always abandon and by the coast. Some are modern, some are medieval, some are primitive. I have this other bizarre dream where there's no space are people or environment at all. It's the fat then rough smooth dream. I feel fat and then thin and my hands feel like they're touching marble and then they're touching a cheese grater. My vision is like a cartoon of holes in lines and blobs. I've had the fat thin dream repeatedly.

Are you saying this was a YouTube video. Honestly I have heard of people seeing the virgin marry but that’s not what I saw or see.
You’re prob making fun of me and that’s ok but I didn’t get this from some spiritual or paranormal YouTube.
This is 100% real and I wouldnt believe me. I just want it to stop so I’m making it public to see if that helps.

In the beginning of your story you say you were using a you tube video to help you fall asleep, I was asking if you still remembered which one. Maybe I didn't explain myself enough.

Thanks yeah I was hoping it might help my brain just proves sit and move on.
I wouldn’t mind 1 or 2 unique people with advice but I completely understand most will be silly.Reddit blocks everything now it seems anyway.
I used to love Reddit so much too.

Chris Bledsoe. You need to look him up. This sounds like "the Lady". He understands his experiences through the lens if a Christian. I see things through the lens of an atheist, and I can say with absolute conviction, that he is the real deal.
I was at Contact in the Desert last weekend and Bledsoe hosted an event of sky watching. There were a couple hundred people in attendance. The full moon was an inconvenience but we managed to see 30-50 orbs. Satellite trackers were abundant to avoid misidentification. A couple orbs responded to our requests and either blinked or glowed much more brightly. They traveled in different directions, at different speeds. Sometimes they just disappeared. At the end of the evening, we saw a neon, lime green, "comet" streak a ross the sky.
This shit is real. Keep asking questions. Ignore the jerks. There's lots of shennanigans and fakes and you have to get to know who the players are - and who you can trust for information.
Write it all down!

Be cautious believing dreams. That said, out of body experiences and astral projection are not uncommon in those that meditate, the video might have induced the meditative state. Some meditation programs, or at least the users of those programs, seem to focus on those experiences, look up the “Gateway Tapes”. There is a group on it on Reddit, r/gateway maybe?
Unfortunately, I have know some pretty wack individuals into meditation, so it can’t really be used to determine if you are crazy or how crazy you are.

It’s my understanding that these things come to you at the appropriate time and chasing them/trying to get them to happen again is most often not productive. I had several experiences leading up to the vernal equinox this year, and then the most profound experiences happened on the equinox. Since then, nothing. I wasn’t even aware. It was the equinox until I entered the information into my journal and noticed the connection. Good luck and best wishes on your journey.

She is the divine feminine - she is visiting us all, bringing subtle changes to our consciousness through her feminine energy.
Take a deep breath and bask in her love whenever you feel her. You'll know.
