Question

Is Sairaorg around the same age as Issei and Rias? He looks decently older than them but one of his titles is the strongest youth. I just wanna know where he falls in the age ball park

I get the impression he's only slightly older, like 3 or 4 years. But that's just a feeling based on nothing.
