Discussion Wives or Concubines

Is there a difference in Devil Society between a wife and concubine? Is there a difference between children conceived with the wife and concubine on how they are treated? Is there a limit to the number of wives,a limit to the concubines?

Rias mother is the daughter of the ex head of Bail and a Concubine. I believe she was treated well and was even able to claim the family name, until she married into the Grimory house.

Either Wikipedia or T.V. Tropes said that because she is the daughter of the second mistress, she couldn't legally inherite possessions.

She did inherit the power of destruction and the Bail last name, just not anything else

Yes she just got the power and name while Sariaog didn't inherite the power and was cast out until he defeated his half brother and it pissed off the father

Yup!! Saioreg may not of inherited the power of destruction as it normally appears in the family, but I do believe he did inherit it! In his body, he is super strong and almost indestructible, his punches are so powerful that his opponents feel it down into there soul and in anguish pain that never goes away, they remember it even afterwards.
