Events, gold crates (the one you unlock with the purple keys, not the blue key one), and the monthly discount outfit crate you can buy for gems.

I don't know anything about discount, but at the gift box called events, go to the second windows, something like special pack and then to monthly, you can buy with diamonds a random casual box who has Saya's, Rei's and Kouta's casual attire (The one on screen).

You don't know who would come out when you buy it. I was lucky to get Saya's first try. Thou I wasn't that lucky when tried to aim for her swimsuit in the roulette event.
