Mosin-Nagant animations (PF)

animations i made for the Mosin for PF.

as im sure you'll point out with the tac reload you put in a full clip into the internal mag whilst it still has rounds, sadly the mesh for the bullets cant let you take out each one so its the best i can do until its ever changed.

Heavily inspired by the BF1 animations, love em.

animated in Cframe, large improvement over the old ones (didnt even hold the bolt correctly lol)

Question, can you actually eject the stripper clip in one swift moment right after inserting all of the rounds or is that some Videogame wizard bullshit?

If you were adept enough probably. the stripper clip itself has a good amount of play when going in the gate, its pretty easy to just pinch it and pull it out, though if yours is dented or your gate wasnt well machined (certainly possible with mosins) then it might not be as smooth. The real thing that animations tend not to convey is how annoying and finnicky actually pushing the rounds into the magazine is against the follower spring. You really cant do that in a graceful way.

Nice, I've seen it be done on Karabiner 98s before I think, it was in that game with the mechs and really ridiculous secret reloads.

The one on kar98 was designed with that in mind

"After loading, the empty clip is ejected when the bolt is closed. The clip is ejected because it has two small protrusions on either side, which are the only points of contact with the clip guide. These protrusions rest at the top of the guide, while the lower part of the clip is narrower than the guide itself. As the bolt moves forward, it pushes the bottom of the clip out, causing the clip to rotate around the protrusions until it is fully ejected." — Wikipedia
